Dr. Gloria Chan possesses a PhD in Education (2001) (Stress Management and Coping) from the University of Exeter with a scholarship award, a Postgraduate Certificate in Management Studies (1992) with credits (Human Resources Management, Organizational Behaviour, Marketing and Strategic Management), and a Master Degree in Business Administration (1995) (Leadership and Organization Change Management) from Hong Kong Polytechnic University Dr. Chan also achieves Master of Arts in Education Management (1998) (Counselling and Change Management) from University of Gloucestershire, UK.

Altogether Dr. Chan has over twenty years of experience in the teaching and training field. As the Programme Advisor of University of Wales programmes in HK and China, Gloria has successfully promoted the establishment of more than 10 well-known universities in Hong Kong and the Mainland China to collaborate with University of Wales.

She is also specialized in stress management and coping and has given training for senior management of Rotary Club members and teachers from various schools in Hong Kong and China. In addition, she conducts counselling workshops for social workers, counsellors, teachers and district counselors. Hundreds of participants have attended Dr. Chan’s training programmes and all of them highly appreciated the effectiveness of her trainings.
