位於灣仔摩理臣山道的Casanova Pizzeria，以售賣意大利菜及地中海菜為主。其中售賣的清真食品，更得到香港回教信託基金總會認證。除外賣服務外，亦提供速遞及派對服務。
Casanova Pizzeria, situated in Morrison Hill Road of Wanchai, is a Mediterranean & European Pizza Shop. All HALAL food provided here has been certified by the Incorporated Trustees of The Islamic Community Fund of Hong Kong. Take away, delivery and party services are provided.
店主為伊斯蘭教徒。而大廚對烹調意大利及地中海食品有相當豐富的經驗。除薄餅及意粉外，亦有售賣各式鬆餅、蛋糕及烤餅等。
The shop owner is a Muslim and the cook is well experienced in Italian food. Apart from pizza and spaghetti, muffins, cakes and piadina.
三大最暢銷的薄餅分別為肉腸薄餅、夏威夷薄餅及烤雞薄餅。24吋的特大薄餅，其餅底由蕃茄醬、香草及1公斤的原粒芝士所組成。餅底先會焗製五分鐘，然後才加上其他配料再次烤焗。由於是回教食品，當中的材料是沒有豬肉成份的。夏威夷薄餅中的火腿棄用傳統豬肉，改用火雞腿配以菠蘿。而肉腸薄餅所用的是牛肉臘腸，而非豬肉。至於烤雞薄餅，配料最為豐富，分別有蕃茄片、紫洋蔥、青椒、辣椒 及 中東烤雞。
Three pizzas recommended are Pepperoni, Hawaiian and Tandori Chicken. The base of 24” Pizza, consisting of tomato sauce, herbs and 1 kilo cheese, is first baked before toppings are added. Toppings used only consist of beef and chicken but not pork.
薄餅出爐時，熱哄哄，香嘖嘖，望見絲絲芝士已令人食指大動。大廚會仔細地將薄餅切開，確保每塊薄餅的餡料也平均地分佈。而為使客人在購買時，同樣享受到像出爐時熱騰騰的薄餅，店主會為顧客在焗爐翻熱，確保芝士處於溶化的狀態。
The cook will ensure the toppings on each piece are evenly distributed. The pizza will be reheated in the oven before selling to customers. Three pastas introduced are:
- Spiced tomato sauce and garlic with fusilli
- Traditional beef sauce with spaghetti
- Chicken breast and spinach in creamy cheese sauce with penne
Olive oil is used for cooking the pastas for healthy purpose.
三款粉類全部採用蒜片及紫洋蔥烹調。蕃茄蒜片螺絲粉及碎牛肉炒意粉配以蕃茄醬汁。而波菜雞肉長通粉所用的是全脂牛奶，在烹調接近完成時，再加入芝士，令獻汁形成糊狀。以上美食的烹調過程，將會於香港網視內播出，敬請留意收看！
